hard and fast,
barely distinguisable from pain,
grabbing and pushing,
a knife sliding over skin,
opening up, moveing pulsing organs out of the way,
bodies sliding over one another,
breath hot, reflected,
an ocean crashing,
thrusting the sand back, slowly retreating,
fingers sliding down the back of a neck,
bursting out atop a mountain,
looking down, survey the conquest,
quest complete.
